Valerie Vargas is a tattoo artist that I came across a while ago, and I think it is fair to say that she is an EPIC artist. I love her designs, they all seem to have such beautiful compositions with just the right amount of detail. Pretty girls with flowing hair, detailed jewellery, keys and locks, animals and bold roses are just a few of the things that appear in her designs.
